This can include consultations, preparation of documents (lawsuits, complaints), representation in court (hourly rate or fixed amount), as well as comprehensive support for the case. Payment may be one-time, hourly, or include a "success fee" — a percentage of the winning amount.
The prices listed on this page are indicative and provided only to give an approximate understanding of the level of cost of our services. The final price depends on various factors, including the complexity of the case, volume of work, and individual circumstances of the client's situation. The minimum amount is indicated for basic services, but the final price in each specific case may differ.

The amount of remuneration for the provision of legal assistance by an attorney is determined by agreement between the attorney and the person seeking assistance. The citizen or legal entity seeking legal assistance has the right to choose a specific attorney.
In the absence of a fee agreement between the attorney and the person seeking legal assistance, the payment is established taking into account the need for the attorney to cover expenses for carrying out advocacy activities (office rent, utilities, telephone, office equipment, furniture, technical, accounting and cash services, banking services, stationery and postal expenses, contributions for the general needs of the bar association and the Bar Chamber, taxes and other mandatory payments, social and pension insurance, etc.) according to the following minimum rates in rubles:
For cases the conduct of which involves travel to another locality, in addition to the basic fee provided for by the price list, expenses for the attorney's business trip (travel costs, accommodation, per diem and other expenses) are charged.
In accordance with Article 26 of the Federal Law "On Advocacy and the Bar in the Russian Federation", legal assistance to citizens of the Russian Federation whose average per capita income is below the subsistence minimum established by the law of the relevant constituent entity of the Russian Federation is provided free of charge in the following cases:
- To plaintiffs – in cases heard by courts of first instance concerning the recovery of alimony, compensation for harm caused by the death of the breadwinner, injury or other damage to health related to work activity;
- To WWII veterans – on matters not related to entrepreneurial activity;
- To citizens of the Russian Federation – when drafting applications for the assignment of pensions and benefits;
- To citizens of the Russian Federation who suffered from political repression – on matters related to rehabilitation.
The list of documents required for citizens of the Russian Federation to receive free legal assistance, as well as the procedure for submitting these documents, are determined by laws and other regulatory legal acts of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation.
Legal assistance is provided free of charge in all cases to minors held in institutions of the system for the prevention of neglect and juvenile delinquency.
Payment for the participation of an attorney in criminal cases by assignment of the bodies of inquiry, investigation and court is made in the amount and manner established by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
